Penine Bridleway National Trail to be repaired
It seems that Britain's first purpose built long distance bridleway wasn't built to be too durable to Derbyshire weather. The bridleway has been impassable all summer due to flooding at Highstool Lane near Chelmorton and Wormhill near Buxton.

Hostel review - Kings Youth Hostel, Dolgellau, Snowdonia
This North Wales hostel is ideally placed for climbing Cader Idris.

Kings yha is a really good walkers’ hostel.

Basic accommodation at a reasonable price with friendly laid back, wardens.
